SCRAP on Soils & Worms
Jess spoke to Peter Carroll, a pioneer of sustainable education in Australia and founder of the NGO SCRAP. SCRAP is a non-profit organisation based in South Western Sydney and since 1991, this thrifty NGO has been helping Australians from all walks of life, divert resources from going to waste. SCRAP is currently facilitating a recycling program of diverting organic refuse from going to landfill at Holsworthy High School.
