SSDP launch new campaign in support of pill testing
Pill testing is the topic of the moment in Australian politics. In the midst of major national discussion, grassroots organisation Students for Sensible Drug Policy Australia (SSDP) has launched their new campaign for 2019: Be Heard not Harmed
Be Heard not Harmed is the first ever national youth-led campaign in support of pill testing – a movement SSDP sees as vital to the future safety of young Australians. Though the campaign only launched last Wednesday, the group has already co-hosted a rally at Sydney’s Town Hall, and has more demonstrations on the agenda.
This morning on Breakfast Tess spoke with the group’s National Director Nicholas Kent, about their campaign success and hopes for the future.
