Sustainable Meats
As a growing nation, Australia has been dependent on staple meats like Red meat, poultry and pork as the main source of protein. But with the increasing demand of these particular meats, the industry is forced to keep up with our insatiable appetite for meat by making the production more efficient, which is usually done at the animals expense. A potential solution to relieve some of the pressure off the industry is to look at alternative options like potentially kangaroos, rabbits and camels.
