Sydney Vegan Market Stalled
The rise of veganism has seen an explosion of restaurants, cafes and shops in Sydney, dedicated to plant-based eating. So it’s no surprise a market has popped up dedicated to the movement. The Sydney Vegan Market started a few months ago, with hoards of animal lovers flocking to gobble up sweet and savoury treats.
But now, there’s a spanner in the works, with unforeseen permit dramas from the Inner West Council. Event organiser Kate Jones tells us more about what went wrong, and what they’re doing to be up and running again soon.
