Newfangled host Mon Chalmers caught up with Teddy Rizzo a couple weeks back to chat about their track Bite Back as well as highly anticipated EP Cage.

Teddy Rizzo is a female fronted alt metal band from Eora/Sydney. Their music is punchy and heavy with thought out lyricism which is displayed through their live shows. The new EP Cage marks an evolution of their sound with front woman Carla Gates’ vocals and Joaquin Perez’ drums taking charge. Lauren Dawson (bass) adds a dynamic rhythm to guitarist Nathan O’Hara’s heavy riffs.
