In 1931, when speaking of an imagined future, Winston Churchill predicted that the world would be fed with meat grown in laboratories. And with millions of dollars of investment into the emerging industry of cellular agriculture, Churchill may soon be proved correct. The Daily producer Angus Macdonald talked to Doctor Hope Johnson from the Queensland University of Technology to discuss the strange new paradigm of meat grown in the lab.
