Alison from B-Kyu was back in the studio to get mouths watering with her latest food discoveries. Next time you’re heading to the airport (and trying to save on the extortionate train fares), drop by the revamped area around Mascot station for some cheap eats. For a different take on Chinese cuisine, Northester serves up drool-worthy north-eastern Chinese fare, including pork intestines and pig trotters if you’re feeling adventurous. Alison’s favourites were the dry tofu hot pot, home-style mixed vegetables and stir fry pork with scrambled eggs and fungus.
