The Woman Who Lived in the Wilderness for Seven Years

Henry David Thoreau has nothing on Miriam Lancewood. Miriam and her husband Peter have spent seven years living nomadically in the wilderness in tents, hunting their own meat and cooking them over their own fires. Now, Miriam has returned to civilization to publish her memoir: Woman in the Wilderness. This morning Miriam joined Jess to discuss her amazing time in the wilderness and how she got by killing goats with bows and arrows whilst searching for fresh water in the bush.

Miriam is headed back to the bush in a week, so give this one a listen – it might be the last interview she does for quite some kind!
