This Way Up -Mental Wellbeing During Self-Isolation

The last two years have been hard. With the pandemic putting many of us into forms of self-isolation, you may begin to feel stressed or overwhelmed. But you’re not alone.

Psychologists at St Vincent’s Hospital have created a free online resource hub with tools to help support those of us struggling with the impacts of COVID-19, “This Way Up.” A non-profit and joint initiative between St Vincent’s Hospital and the University of New South Wales, it provides resources and support for anxiety and other mental health conditions.

Marlene Even was joined by Katie Robinson, a clinical psychologist at St Vincent’s Hospital on 2SER Breakfast, to find out more.

This Way Up is a not for profit and joint initiative of St Vincent’s Hospital and the University of New South Wales. They provide online accessible treatment for anxiety and related mental health conditions. THIS WAY UP is sponsored by the Australian Government and the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
