What is Snoring?
Snoring in bed is the sound of a good night’s sleep, but not if you’re keeping your partner awake! While snoring is a completely natural thing to do, it can also be a sign of a breathing disorder, like obstructive sleep apnoea.
So what’s the difference between good and bad snoring, and how can it be fixed if it disrupts your sleep?
