When the dream becomes a reality

The pandemic has seen a lot of us re-assess life. With working from home and remote working being more commonplace, living in a capital city such as Sydney is no longer essential for a lot of people, raising the real possibility of a tree or sea change. 

Sydney artist Amy Compton has turned the possibility into a reality. Amy, her husband and her three young children packed up and moved to an acre block on the beach in Tasmania. Willy Russo from Breakfast spoke with Amy to find out how it all happened.
