Winter Dishes & Wines To Match

Its bitterly cold at the moment, so what better way to warm up that a nice hot meal and maybe a big splash of red to wash it down… The question is, what to cook – and which red to drink? Simon Evans is the Exectutive Chef and Sommelier at Bangalay Dining on the NSW south coast and he joined The Daily’s Stef Posthuma to take us through some of his favourite winter dishes, and the wines to match with them.
