Working Out: Does Time of Day Matter?

We all know that regular exercise benefits our health, though at times challenging to fit into our busy lives. With many of us only able to squeeze in a workout before or after work, it’s useful to consider if the time of day we work out impacts weight loss and sleep— does when you exercise really matter? The answer, when considering factors like individual biological clocks and metabolic states, is both more complex and more simple than first assumed.
