The Writers Guild of America, in conjunction now with the Screen Actors Guild are taking on AI, and the possible negative effects it may have on the film industry.

The unions are striking with a list of demands, with some of the demands tackling the issue of Artifical Intelligence.

Friday Daily Host, Jono Wakeley spoke with Jasmine Pfefferkorn, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from the School of Culture and Communication at the University of Melbourne to try and make sense of AI in film.

He asked her, what makes AI so risky to writers and actors.
