Zoom Anxiety and Lockdown

If you’re among the half of the Australian population currently under lockdown, there’s a good chance you’ve already used Zoom to work or study from home. Zoom is the perfect solution to replace face-to-face meetings and keep workplaces and classes running smoothly. However, for some, the thought of dialling into a Zoom meeting can cause dread and anxiety.
