But in reality, the psychotropic plant subculture is more alive than ever, and Julian Palmer is at the forefront. Born in Victoria, Julian has become a renowned figure within the psychedelic community, known for celebrating psychedelics and educating others within the community so as to maintain safe usage. 2SER producer Rhiannon Williams attended a lecture he hosted on the 25th of February which explored his involvement in psychotropics, and he joined us this afternoon to tell us more about the ethics involved in the use of these illicit substances.
