Some of us do struggle to get a good night’s sleep, whether it’s because of health issues or because of our increasingly busier schedules. So just how can we improve not only how much shut eye we get, but also the quality of our beauty sleep? Nic spoke with sleep specialist Dr Carmel Harrington from Sleep for Health to chat about the importance of our sleep schedule.
