We need to continue our efforts to care for country if we want to work for the benefit of future generations and to be a voice for reconciliation.

It starts with making sure that the Australian fauna and flora are protected from the devastating effects of our western way of living, from our neglect for environment and nature.

There are more and more initiatives to restore, preserve bushland, and protect wildlife and their habitat. If many bushcare groups enroll volunteers to restore and preserve the environment, governmental agencies are also involved. We have interviewed one of the field officers from NSW Parks to find out about their work and what they do to protect the native Australian fauna and flora from our neglect.
