Cost-Effective Dietary Interventions For the Treatment of Depression

A recent study conducted by the Deakin Food and Mood Centre has demonstrated the effectiveness of dietary interventions in the treatment of clinical depression. The paper found a clear link between the quality of a person’s diet and their risk of depression and anxiety.

Dr Mary Lou Chatterton, a research fellow at Deakin University and co-author of the study, joined us to discuss the economic implications of this method of treatment.
