CoLabs 2017: where art and science collide
Kicking off on Friday, September 29 at Bungarribee Park in Western Sydney Parklands, art and science come together when CoLabs 2017 takes place.
Running until October 8, CoLabs is western Sydney’s biggest outdoor arts festival and is powered by the STEM fields – science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The aim is to get kids of all ages down to the park these school holidays and show them just how exciting STEM can be.
One of the artistic scientists who’s been putting together this incredible display is Rachelle Balez. She spoke with Nic about the ways art and science can complement each other.
