Food Fraud – Here’s what you need to know.

Food fraud is becoming an increasing problem for consumers in the global food supply chain. According to a report from AgriFutures Australia, food fraud costs the Australian economy $3 billion each year.
Products ranging from meat and seafood to herbs are not immune from food fraudsters looking to profit.
