Housework Meets Fitness
Doing regular housework routines can sometimes be dull and boring.With gyms and sports centers still closed to the public, why not try working out while completing domestic chores? Maintaining the house clean and staying fit may be challenging for some people. But is it possible to do both simultaneously? Is it timely and efficient?
The Daily spoke with Adele Wessell, an associate professor of history at Southern Cross University, on some tips on using domestic chores for exercise inspired by the 1950’s health guru, Eileen Fowler.
