INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY FUTURE STARS – SHARMAINE SPENCER
Sharmaine Spencer is a radio presenter, producer, content creator and operations coordinator with a strong experience working in the broadcast media industry. Her skills include audio post-production, communications, digital design, technical operations, production, project management, and content development, as well as mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing. Sharmaine has worked alongside hundreds of volunteer content creators and producers and helped to strengthen their content and skills in radio and audio production, and she is excellent with tackling time-sensitive projects, tough deadlines, and juggling multiple projects at once.
Sharmaine currently works for the Community Radio Network, Eastside Radio, and 2SER, as well as sharing, championing and supporting new music with her hip hop show ‘The New Style’ on every Friday from 8-10 pm.
