Late Bedtime Impacts Your Diet and Fitness Level

What time did you go to bed last night? Are you a late night binge-watcher or usually in bed pretty early?

New research reveals that adults and children that go to bed late are more likely to have an unbalanced diet and be less active. Researchers also found that people from low-socioeconomic demographics were more at risk of going to bed late.
