Making the Best of Bone Cancer

Lachlan Seipel is a young man with a plan, aiming to become a neuropsychological researcher and an author of fantasy door stopper fiction. However, at just 17-years-old he was diagnosed with a rare form of Osteosarcoma bone cancer, sidelining his ambitions as he spent countless hours in and out of hospitals. With the help of a $2000 grant from the Redkite and Coles Dare to Dream Scholarship, he’s looking to get back on track with his studies right here at Macquarie University.
