Healthy eating and exercise is usually considered as the best way to extend your lifespan. Often this is synonymous with a high protein and low-carb diet. But research from the University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins centre, suggests that a completely different diet may actually stimulate a life-extending hormone dubbed as ‘the fountain of youth hormone’.
