New Research Hub to Improve Farming Productivity
Now you might have heard about the devastating effects the current drought is having on New South Wales farmers. But it isn’t all dark. While the drought is continuing, there is other optimistic news for the national farming industry. The government has awarded $5 million dollars to create a new Australian Research Council hub to drive farmer productivity and disease prevention. The researchers will be working directly with industries to solve current problems using artificial intelligence.
