New website to educate women on domestic violence
With domestic violence rates high, researchers are turning their minds to find innovative ways to talk to women about domestic violence.
One such program is I-DECIDE, a website that is currently being trialled by researchers from the University of Melbourne.
The website has activities and information about healthy relationships, safety, and tailored information to help women leave a violent relationship.
Dr Laura Tarzia is one of the researchers part of the intitative. She explained why technology is important in the fight against domestic violence.
