Potential link between back pain and depression
We’ve come a long way in addressing mental illness in recent years, and come closer every day to treating it with as much importance as we treat physical illness. What we don’t hear about as often, though, are the very real physical symptoms that come along with mental health issues.
A recent University of Sydney study has revealed that people with depression are 60 per cent more likely to develop low back pain in their lifetime.
