Robot Loses $20 Million
Samarthur Li kin-kan is currently facing a loss of over $20 million, which he entrusted to a trading “super computer”. Unable to sue a robot, Samather Li Kin-Kan is going after the next best thing, taking to court the salesman who persuaded him to trust this supercomputer with his large fortune.
We were joined by Toby Walsh, a professor of Artificial Intelligence at UNSW, to discuss AI, whether or not we should be trusting robots with such large amounts of money, and who to blame when it all goes wrong.
