The secret to a good night’s sleep

As part of Sleep Awareness Week, Cheryl Fingleson – AKA The Sleep Coach – spoke to Nic Healey about the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Cheryl says that even one sleepless night can have a negative impact on your functioning at work the next day. It’s very important to listen to your body for the amount of sleep  you need as a lack of sleep increases the likelihood of workplace accidents and incidents.

The quality of your sleep is just as important as the quantity of sleep you have, and it is beneficial to develop a regular sleep habit — The Sleep Coach has a few tips on how to make that work.
