The human anatomy has been researched for centuries, with many early physicians studying what the human body is all about. Food has always been associated with gathering and socialising where members of a clan or tribe would gather at sunset to enjoy their meal together. But what were humans designed to eat? He is an academic, researcher and public health policy advisor on nutrition, obesity and chronic disease prevention with the overall objective of promoting good health and preventing chronic disease.
