Yes, this may mean later sleep ins, and no more crowded work commutes, but could this also be impacting our health as a nation? You might be surprised to hear that you are also not the only one rewarding yourself with a sneaky Tim-Tam after a hard 40 minutes of work. We’re all over-snacking but why?

We asked nutritionist and exercise scientist, Amelia Phillips about why we over-reward ourselves with food and how we can stay healthier while working from home.
