The iPhone 11 and Smartphone Race

Apple is perhaps the most well-known electrical company worldwide, known famously for their constant cavalcade of new iPhones, starting with the basic iPhone 1 in 2007 down to the new iPhone 11 in 2019. Every time we’re told there’s a range of new features Apple fanatics can’t live without, ways the latest phone will ease and become more and more integrated into our lives, with a price tag to match. But is there an upper limit on how long this smartphone race can go on? And have we almost reached it yet? The Daily was joined by Dr Andrew Maxwell from the University of Southern Queensland.
