Giti Datt is the founder of Guna, a Sydney-based natural skincare and perfume company that specialises in using rare and precious essential oils in its products. The company blends the rich historical pedigree of Ayurveda with distinctive and Mughal aesthetics to create unique products that don’t cost the earth.

She started out by making products for her personal use with oils she had sourced in Old Delhi, many of which have been used for hundreds of years. She quickly started getting requests for custom perfumes and skin products from friends and family. Her perfume line up includes exotic scents such as Baked Earth infused in Mysore Sandalwood (Attar Mitti), Rose Otto and Blue Lotus. She also makes personalised perfumes for customers seeking a signature scent.
