The Year of Eternal Summer // Hudson Reed
THE YEAR OF ETERNAL SUMMER is Hudson Reed’s sophomore exhibition as a Sydney based artist. Hudson has gained a lot of exposure lately through his works as a concert photographer, and has photographed the likes of Gang of Youths and Charli XCX. However, his newest showcase takes a moderately darker turn, as he explores what he describes as a ‘limbo of summer weather’ as well as his own struggles with anxiety and depression.
Having spent six months home (but not home) Reed decided to take his experiences from the year and found strength as he channeled his struggles through his art and photography.
