What’s the link between quality sleep, blue light and your phone?
We’re told our phone’s blue light can delay our sleep. But does it really?
A group of sleep experts from Sweden, Australia and Israel compared scientific studies that directly tested this. Surprisingly, they found that the impact of blue light on sleep was close to meaningless.
In fact, the link between technology and sleep is more complex than originally thought.
Dr Chelsea Reynolds was a part of the study group. She’s a Clinical Psychologist and Casual Academic at Flinders University. She joined us this morning to talk all things sleep and phones.
